The Rhythm
We begin with an assessment of your business and a three-year vision, with the priorities and key indicators that will tell us whether you are progressing toward it.
Each month, we meet for a 60-minute strategy call to clarify decisions, pressure-test ideas, name constraints, and define your next actions.
Every third call becomes a 90-minute quarterly review. We look at the numbers you are tracking, what is working, what is not, and where the most strategic next move lies.
Once a year, we take a half-day to step back, refine the vision, and reset priorities for the year ahead.
The recurring monthly investment is $1,000 plus applicable taxes, paid in advance, with a six-month minimum.
Or commit to a full year for $10,000 plus applicable taxes, the equivalent of two months at no cost, paid in full before we begin.
