Most consultants and coaches begin with their established framework or structured curriculum, I do not.
I don't believe it helps you to fit into something that I pre-design.
While frameworks may present themselves useful through our work together, we don't start there.
You are an extraordinary leader with a long track record of success, there is no set curriculum at this level.

As a trusted partner to my clients, I deeply care about what my clients care about. I care about the mission that my clients are on, and the people they care about. Whether my client is a leader, spouse, parent, son/daughter, brother/sister, neighbour, some or all of the above, I care about the person behind all the roles. I want to relate and create value from a place of your entire ecosystem. I believe it is the most appropriate level of commitment to someone who is integrating leadership in who they are being to all aspects of life.
The partnership meets the work exactly the way it is meant to be, in that moment we are together. The moment may be deep listening, strategy, direct challenge, silence, practical leadership approach, emotional truth telling, or a human mirror to show you what you can not see about your current identity.
Our partnership commitment is not to a particular method. Our commitment is to your truth, your vision, your leadership, your action, and the person you choose to be.
I create a sacred place for us to work, a place to press pause on your life. You will experience stillness and clarity of mind, and we focus on what is truly important, not urgent. We will slow everything down so your intuition, wisdom and creative energy can be accessed. When we are together, I partner with you at the level of your identity, consciousness, truth, commitment and action. We will untangle obstacles that are between you and your vision. Then, you will step back into your world to take bold actions to bring your vision into reality.
You will experience yourself in a deep way. You will experience a high quality of presence, yours and mine. I will listen deeply to your words, but also to the spaces between your words. I will listen for what is said, what is unsaid, what is avoided, and what is trying to emerge. You may experience silence in a way you are not used to; a stillness that allows you to hear yourself and feel your emotions more clearly. I will also name what is happening in our room: a pause, a sigh, a cracked voice, a shift in your energy, a glimmer in your eyes, a moment where something occurs before your mind can explain it away. My intention is that you feel seen and heard in a way you have not experienced before.
We will not solve problems at the level they present themselves. I do not simply support the issue you bring into the room, I will listen for your identity pattern underneath the issue. You may come in wanting to solve a leadership challenge or process a relationship problem. The deeper work is discovering who you are being inside that situation. You will see things about yourself, your leadership, your relationships, your life, and your thought patterns that were previously invisible. You will become aware of the places where your power is already present, but not yet fully embodied.
I will not collude with the identity that is holding you back. I will not simply affirm your stories. I will challenge your beliefs directly and responsibly. I may interrupt your familiar narrative, pause your story, or ask you to look at what you are avoiding. This work will create discomfort. I know that your biggest growth begins when your old identity and thought-patterns can no longer explain, justify, or protect itself. I will help you enter the productive discomfort where transformation becomes possible. You will commit to new ways of seeing, speaking, acting, and being.
Your word is gold. I will hold you to a high standard. A high standard to your word, your commitments, and your integrity. It is important that I see the most powerful version of you because I will not collude with your excuses, circumstances, or your small identity that wants to stay safe. I will hold myself to the same standard. If I sense I have been playing it safe, avoiding a truth, or not serving you fully, I will name it. This partnership requires mutual honesty.
You deliver your own return on investment. I do not do the work for you. You commit to our work together because your vision and the underlying motivation is meaningful to you. Action is the only way that you will create results and outcomes. There is no amount of awareness, identity shift, truth or commitment that can get you results; only action. You will commit to taking actions that will require much courage.
Only after we understand the desired outcomes can we design the right partnership.
The work may range from a three-day personalized intensive to a year-long private partnership.
You can expect to invest between $10,500 to $88,500, plus any applicable taxes.
